As a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Rob combines science-backed training methods with real-world experience to help clients achieve results that last. With years of coaching under his belt, he’s guided clients through every stage of their fitness journey — from building strength and losing weight to improving confidence and creating sustainable lifestyle habits.
